Welcome to The Matchday Mail Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription and use of our services. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

The Matchday Mail Club is a United Kingdom-based subscription service providing monthly football-themed mail packages delivered by post to subscribers within the UK.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to subscribe.

3. Subscription

Your subscription is a recurring monthly service. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle until your subscription is cancelled.

Your subscription will continue automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

4. What's Included

Subscribers will receive one football-themed postal package each month.

The contents of each package are selected by The Matchday Mail Club and may vary from month to month. Product images and promotional materials are illustrative and individual items may differ.

5. Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance on your monthly billing date.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully received.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

6. Shipping

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Royal Mail or courier delays beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Address Changes

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date.

Address changes must be submitted before your monthly billing or dispatch date. We cannot guarantee changes received after processing has begun.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

Once a monthly payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled for that month's package, and your subscription will end after that shipment has been fulfilled.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of curated subscription boxes, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

However, if your package arrives damaged, contains faulty items, or is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution where required by UK consumer law.

10. Lost Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us.

We may investigate with the delivery provider before issuing a replacement.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, artwork, website content, photographs, designs, and written materials are the property of The Matchday Mail Club unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Matchday Mail Club shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by postal or courier services.

• Events outside our reasonable control.

• Indirect or consequential losses arising from your subscription.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

13. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue products, packaging, pricing, or aspects of the subscription service where reasonably necessary.

We may also amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective once published on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
