Cancellation Policy

First Envelope Promise

We're confident you'll enjoy your first Matchday Mail Club envelope.

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your first delivery, simply get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. We'll issue a full refund for your first payment and end your subscription.

This promise applies only to your first monthly envelope.

To protect against misuse, we may refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe this offer is being abused or where a customer has previously claimed under this guarantee.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You are free to cancel your subscription whenever you choose by emailing: harry@thematchdaymailclub.com

If you cancel before your next renewal date, your subscription will end at the close of your current billing period and no further payments will be taken.

If your monthly payment has already been processed, your cancellation will take effect after the prepaid package has been dispatched. As our monthly packages are prepared and packed in advance, we cannot cancel or refund orders that have already entered the fulfilment process.

Your Subscription

A Matchday Mail Club subscription gives you a football-themed package delivered to your door every month.

Your membership renews automatically each month using your chosen payment method until you decide to cancel.

By subscribing, you authorise The Matchday Mail Club to securely charge your saved payment method for each recurring billing cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

You can update your delivery address or payment information at any time before your next renewal date.

Please ensure your account details are kept up to date so we can process your payment and deliver your monthly package without interruption.
